AUTOLINEETRAIM.COM GENERAL CONDITIONS


This document defines the general conditions for using the service offered through the website www.autolineetraim.it    managed and provided by Tra.im. srl (after named Company), with main office in Taranto (Italy) – Via Appia s.s.7 km 646 - Fiscal number 01067700730.

CONTRACT OBJECT.
With the present contract, the company will provide the client with "chauffeur transport service" after payment of fee by credit card, in accordance with the form of the present general conditions.

BOOKING.
Booking shall be made only after the general conditions have been subscribed by the client. The voucher booking confirmation will be sent to the client by e-mail at the address indicated only after transfer payment. The document must be printed and given to the Company’s staff in Puglia and Calabria pick up points
(ho riformulato la frase).

PAYMENT.
The customer will pay the total amount due at the time of booking. The non payment within the fixed time is a rescinding clause of the contract.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS.
In case of booking cancellation on behalf of the client, it is not possible to obtain a refund of the amount paid.

RECESS RIGHT.
The customer can make use of the recess right without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The right can be exercised by written communication, within 10 days from the confirmation voucher reception date and addressed to
Tra.im. srl, Via Appia S.S. 7 km 646 -74100 Taranto – Italy. Registered letter with receipt notice is required.
A written communicationcan be sent by the client also by telegram, telex or fax but it must be confirmed by registered letter with receipt notice within 48 hours.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS.
Pick up and drop off points are those indicated by the client. Booking amendments are allowed by sending an e-mail communication to
booking@autolineetraim.it  or by telephone call to +39 099 471 1343, with at least 2 days notice before the transfer date; price increase depending on booking variations, must be paid by the client.
The Company will then provide the client with an e-mail of confirmation with booking amendments..

LUGGAGE.
Luggage must be identified clearly with a name tag. For each passenger, 2 piece of luggage are allowed, one of which must be hand luggage. Any excess of said limit, sports equipment or outsize luggage must be identified at the time of booking.
The Company may decline to carry sports equipment or excess luggage when they are non identified in accordance with the current general conditions or if the Company maintains they may constitute a hazard or be considered dangerous for passengers or driver security.
Luggage will be carried with the utmost care and attention. The Company will accept no responsibility for either loss or damage to any or all luggage. All luggage is to be considered to be the sole responsibility of the passengers for stowing, retrieving and safety during the journey.

ASSISTANCE OBLIGATION.
The Company will supply the assistance due complying with professional standards and laws governing the sector and the contract.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY.
All the vehicles used are covered by a third party insurance in accordance with the Italian law.
The Company endevours to respect the operating times given to transport the client to the specified destination but is not responsible for any delays or inconvenience to the prepaid service for reason above and beyond the Company's immediate control.

APPLIED LAW.
The law applied to this contract and to all possible disputes between the parties is the Italian law.
All not specifically stated in this document will be governed by Italian law.

THE ABOVE CONDITIONS DO NOT LIMIT OR SUBSTITUTE THE APPLICATION OF STATUTARY RIGHTS WHICH MAY NOT BE ESCLUDED OR CURTAILED AND WILL BE APPLIED AS PER NATIONAL LAW.
